Code Collective has a simple program where staff can expense coffees or meals consumed while having an interesting conversation. The only rules for expensing are that the expense is within the budget and that learnings from the conversation are shared within Code Collective.
In a similar way to the Capability Development program, this program aims to encourage proactive engagement within the software development industry so that we remain connected and informed about the the world around us.
