Design / UX Practises

Designing good software requires creating spaces where people can share their thoughts and ideas. These are spaces where everyone involved participates. We use tools that allow us to capture and shape everyone’s thinking.

Our design sessions typically generate personas, user journeys and wireframes.

Personas provide us with user context while working working through our user journeys which map out how a feature will be used. From these two artifacts we will generate corresponding wireframes which allow us to understand exactly how a new feature will be experienced.

Extracting a good design is essential as this step feeds into building out the software, testing, releasing it to real users and getting feedback.
