There are many benefits to being involved in the developer community. We connect. We learn. We teach (and by teaching we reinforce learnings). We challenge. We compare. We improve.
Being involved in the community also allows both Code Collective and its staff to become known in the industry. The exposure helps us build a great network we can reach out to when we need.
